NKOCDA stands for NKOnteh Cultural and Development Association. It aimed to provide and promote sustainable development and cultural activities in the world at large and to the NKONTEH community in particular. The Head office is located in NKONTEH, Bangem, Kupe-Muanenguba. However most of its members are located in different part of the world, forming NKOCDA sub-groups with branch offices to execute different NKOCDA activities.

NKOCDA fund community activities and is also open to receive funding of any form such as donations, investments, and debts. The KUMUSA program is a funding program hosted by NKOCDA to provide financial, material, and technical assistance to natives of the Kupe-Muanenguba division of Cameroon in the form of scholarships and grants. Leadership in NKOCDA is by election. Both the general assemble members and the executive board members are all elected. Both native and non-native members can be elected in a leadership position.
